Going forward, all Theysohn machines will be fully compatible with Predict X (Vipra), our intelligent assistance system. This means more transparency, smarter production, and real added value for our customers—from long-term data tracking and predictive maintenance to the integration of AI and machine learning on the shop floor.
By partnering with SHS plus GmbH, we’ve joined forces with one of the leading providers in this field. Not without reason: the system has just been nominated for Product of the Year 2026 🏆.

We’re thrilled to announce that our production capacity is expanding with the installation of a brand-new Theysohn Extrusionstechnik twin-screw extruder line in Hungary.
A highly flexible line:
• 56D process length,
• 2 tons per hour,
• seven gravimetric feeders,
designed to handle today’s broad range of product applications.
