We’re thrilled to announce that our production capacity is expanding with the installation of a brand-new Theysohn Extrusionstechnik twin-screw extruder line in Hungary.
A highly flexible line:
• 56D process length,
• 2 tons per hour,
• seven gravimetric feeders,
designed to handle today’s broad range of product applications.

We suggest conducting a wear analysis once per year or after approx. 6,000 operating hours. Regular inspections help improve process reliability, increase system efficiency and support proactive maintenance planning.
Our technical team will also assist you in selecting the right screws, barrels and coatings based on your material requirements — ensuring optimal wear protection and consistent performance.
