Theysohn did it again ‼️ – on the fast track! 😉
The high-speed extruder XTS 108R-32 from Theysohn has safely arrived in North America. After crossing the ocean and a short "flight" by crane, only the final step remains: commissioning, scheduled for the coming days.
Custom-built to meet the client’s requirements and standards, this extruder delivers up to 1,050 kg/h.
High-speed extrusion demands specialized, finely tuned, and high-quality equipment. At the core of it all is the extruder’s technical design — and here, the screw takes center stage.
The heart of the Theysohn XTS series, our screw design incorporates the most advanced geometry available today, tailored to each product group and the specific type of PVC used. The result: maximum output with exceptional melt quality.
Theysohn's geometry concept includes a gentle melting phase, ensuring optimal material homogenization while preventing excessive stress on the compound. To make this possible, Theysohn rely on genuine 32D and 36D long processing units.
