📢 22m/min on ¾” pipe is no longer a target with the STREAMLINER SERIES of Theysohn.
With the RKS 2 Streamliner pipe head pipe dimensions from ½” – 2” can be produced on highest output in combination with Theysohn Extruder!
The newest version of RKS Streamliner pipe heads have been created through the continuous improvement and development of the existing Theysohn series. With this new pipe head series, particular attention was paid to an optimum flow of the melt and an optimised head volume. The flow-optimised spider and the new flow channel design result in better welding of the melt after the spider, which in turn permits higher outputs with lower wall thickness tolerance and longitudinal waviness.
