The Theysohn XTS-P series is specially designed for this purpose. The highest melt quality and flexibility are achieved with the proven and reliable 32D process units. Modular barrels and screws allow 24D, 26D and 32D long plasticising units.

The newly revised conical “Theysohn CON” series for the lower and medium output range is used as main extruder as well as co-extruder in pillar version. With the machine sizes CON 40, CON50, CON63, CON68 and CON80, a wide range of possibilities with process technology that has proven itself over many years is offered.

Functionality, modularity and optimally coordinated process technology to minimise wear and energy consumption are at the forefront of the CON and XTS series. The truss base frame of the extruders achieves an optimal balancing act between slim construction and robust machine design of the new CON and XTS series.

Theysohn provides complete solutions for the production of technical rigid and foam PVC profiles, including co-extrusion options such as ASA and PMMA, various optical effects (such as inline printing) and film appliqués. Another speciality is the direct and post co-extrusion of soft PVC elements, e.g. seals, lips and many more.

Tool designs from single to multiple strand solutions with a total line output of up to 800 kg/h are available. This solution is also very suitable for retrofitting an existing compact profile line and can be retrofitted without major modifications to the existing extruder
